Health coaching that looks at the whole picture

Personalised support for stress, burnout and chronic illness.

You might be here because…

You are holding everything together on the outside, but underneath, you feel exhausted, wired, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.

You’ve tried diets, supplements, exercise plans or wellness advice before but nothing seems to address the deeper exhaustion.

You want support that looks beyond symptoms and helps you to feel like yourself again.

How we work together.

I believe that health support should feel realistic, sustainable and compassionate, not restrictive, overwhelming or another source of pressure.

My approach combines holistic health coaching, support for stress and nervous system regulation and practical daily habit support to help you to restore energy, build resilience and feel like yourself again.

There is no need for perfection. Instead of pushing harder, we focus on small, meaningful changes that fit into real life and creating lasting change.

I’m Rachel, a naturopathic health coach with over 20 years’ experience working in healthcare, including 15 years as an NHS diagnostic radiographer specialising in CT and MRI.

I support people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted or stuck in survival mode to rebuild sustainable energy, resilience and a greater sense of control over their health.

My professional background includes a First Class BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography, PG Cert CT, Level 5 Diploma in Naturopathic Health Coaching (CNM).

Both professionally and through my own experience of navigating health challenges, I became increasingly interested in the relationship between stress, nervous system health, lifestyle and long term health.

My coaching combines an evidence informed holistic approach with practical, compassionate support designed to fit into busy real life.

I believe that health support should feel manageable, sustainable and supportive - not another source of pressure or perfection.

About Rachel

Real Client Results.

Missing Periods & Overtraining

The Challenge

A physically active woman sought support after experiencing missing periods, low energy levels and increasing frustration with her health. She was exercising regularly and believed she was doing all the “right” things, but her menstrual cycle had stopped, suggesting her body was struggling to cope with the demands being placed upon it.

The Outcome

Over the following months, the client developed a healthier relationship with exercise and recovery and reported improvements in energy levels and overall wellbeing. After three menstrual cycles, her periods returned naturally and she reported improved energy levels and confidence in understanding her body’s signals.

Supporting a Client with PMOS (Previously known as PCOS)

The Challenge

A woman sought support due to fluctuating energy levels, unwanted facial hair growth, acne, blood sugar dysregulation, and highly irregular menstrual cycles. Despite experiencing symptoms commonly associated with polycystic metabolic syndrome (PMOS) , she had not received a diagnosis, partly because she did not fit the typical stereotype often associated with the condition.

The client was also hoping to optimise her health in preparation for starting a family.

The Outcome

Through lifestyle changes, the client improved her diet, increased physical activity and established habits that supported more stable energy levels and overall health.

Following discussions during coaching, she spoke to her GP and subsequently received a diagnosis of PMOS and appropriate medical assessment and support.

Her menstrual cycles became far more predictable, settling into a regular pattern of approximately 33 days, compared with previously having no clear cycle pattern. She reported feeling more in control of her health and more confident in preparing her body for future pregnancy.

Every health journey is unique, but here are a few examples of the changes that clients have experienced through personalised health coaching and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a collaborative process that helps you to make sustainable changes to improve your health and wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore your goals, identify what is getting in the way,, and create practical steps that fit your lifestyle.

What qualifications and experience do you have?

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, alongside a First Class BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography and a Postgraduate Certificate in Computed Tomography.

I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years, including 15 years as an NHS Diagnostic Radiographer. This background gives me a strong understanding of both conventional healthcare and the practical realities of living with long term health challenges.

Combined with my health coach training, I offer compassionate, evidence-informed and whole-person approach that helps clients create realistic, sustainable improvements to their health and wellbeing.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults who want to improve their health, energy and quality of life. Many of my clients are busy professionals, parents, and those living with long-term health challenges who are looking for a personalised, supportive approach to create lasting change.

Do I need a diagnosis before working with you?

No. Some clients come with a diagnosed health condition, while others simply know they don’t feel as well as they would like to. Health coaching can support you whether you’re looking to manage a specific health concern, improve your energy and resilience, or make sustainable changes that support health long term.

What happens during a coaching session?

Sessions are relaxed, supportive and focused on you. We’ll discuss your current situation, explore your goals, challenges and priorities and agree realistic actions that feel achievable and meaningful.

How long will it take to see results?

Every client is different. Some people notice positive changes within a few weeks, while others require longer-term support. Sustainable lifestyle changes take time, which is why I generally recommend allowing at least three months to build new habits and create lasting results.

Are sessions online or in person?

Sessions are currently offered online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home. If you’re interested in in-person support, please get in touch to discuss available options.

Do you replace my doctor or healthcare team?

No. Health coaching is not a substitute for medical care. I work alongside your existing healthcare providers and encourage all clients to seek appropriate medical advice when needed.
